Product Operations
The Product Operations page is the history and result-review page for queued product data and governance operations. It shows aggregate progress and opens target-level results for operations such as Mass Update, Check data, Recalculate identity, workflow changes, and effective-template processing.
This page does not start a Mass Update. Start company-scoped bulk work from Product Overview, or authorized cross-company repair from Product Stewardship.
Whose operations are shown
- An ordinary authenticated user sees operations started by that user.
- An Application Administrator sees operations started by all users.
- When a
companyIdfilter is present, the list is limited to that company. - For an Application Administrator opening the page without a company filter, the list can contain operations from all companies.
Opening an operation is also permission-checked. A non-admin user cannot open another user's operation by guessing its URL.
Page controls
Use Status to filter by Previewing, Preview Ready, Queued, Running, Completed, Completed With Errors, Failed, Cancelled, or Preview Expired.
Use Rows to select the page size, then click Apply.
The table shows:
- operation type;
- current status;
- source scope and target shape;
- total targets;
- applied, skipped, failed, and conflicted counts;
- creation time.
Open the operation name to inspect its persisted details and target results.
Operation details
The details page can show applied changes, target rows, before/after values, error codes, readable failure reasons, filters, and export for unresolved results. The available detail depends on the operation type.
Return to Product Overview
The Product Overview button returns to the filtered company when the operations page has a company filter. Otherwise it uses the current workspace company when one is selected.
