User Management

The User Management page is used to manage company members and join requests for the selected company workspace.

Use this page to:

  • review pending join requests;
  • approve or reject users who asked to join the company;
  • view current company members;
  • search, sort, and browse the member list;
  • edit user roles;
  • remove users from the company when needed.

This page is intended for users who have permission to manage company members, usually a Company Administrator.

Pending Requests

The Pending Requests section shows users who requested access to the company workspace.

If there are no waiting requests, the page shows:

No pending requests.

When a request exists, you can:

  • Approve — add the user to the company;
  • Reject — decline the request.

After a request is approved or rejected, it is removed from the pending list.

Users

The Users section shows current company members.

Each user row may include:

  • user photo or avatar;
  • user name;
  • email address;
  • current company roles;
  • Edit button;
  • Remove button, when removal is available.

You can use the controls above the list to:

  • sort users;
  • change the number of users shown per page;
  • switch list/table display mode;
  • search users by name or email.

Edit user roles

Click Edit next to a user to open the User roles dialog.

Select the roles that should apply to this user, then click Apply roles.

A user can have more than one role.

If no specific role is selected, the user is kept as a Catalog Observer.

Remove a user

Use Remove to remove a member from the company workspace.

The user account itself is not deleted. Only the connection between the user and this company is removed.

Use this action carefully, especially for administrators or users responsible for active company data.

  1. Review pending join requests.
  2. Approve only users who should belong to the company workspace.
  3. Check the user in the Users list.
  4. Click Edit and assign the correct roles.
  5. Remove users who should no longer have access to the company.

Summary

The User Management page controls who belongs to your company workspace and what each user can do there.

Keep the member list accurate and assign roles carefully so each person has the right level of access for their work.
